Thanks for the apply.Few questions i do however have for you.

Your spec is bit messed up,as it doesnt make any sense at all. Go for either 15/5/51 or 8/8/55. If you need help with the spec,can help you out.
And what are the aggro glyphs then you are using, major ones?

Also,you should try to get your expertise up to 26,so you might wanna change your parry gems (which arent really worth to socket) to 8exp/12 stam for example.
And you havent started Sons of Hodir quest chain in Storm Peaks at all, get to it. If you do it daily basis and get the everfrost chips also,you should be exalted within 2 weeks and get better shoulder enchant.
Id go parry+threat enchant over stamina on gloves. And where you see +sta socket bonus,go for it if just possible
I personally prefer Accuracy as a weapon enchant over mongoose, but as you dont have 25man/10man weapon yet,its np really.
Your gears are solid,you just need bit tuning around from the talents and some stat fixing etc.
